I like this game (really), but the spawn-time protection for the Heli is way too low, since the other heli generally camps it, and spawn-protection for players on foot is really annoying if they try and kill the Heli from a distance, it should be limited to 10-seconds, or before you fire.
The lack of a more accurate targeting reticle (I think the lack of a middle dot is good for evening the playing field, but even then the target range is kind of large) while moving (and not being able to target/fire at all while running.) is kind of unrealistic.
Lastly; we do need free permanent guns and items~ (And having the Heli spawn locations marked on the map would be really awesome on some maps.)
Originally I thought this game was rather touching, but you know what I did? I let the family die, and the alien continues on going until it takes so much damage it can't walk at all (and thus no more enemies appear.)
But it doesn't die, it's not a "you did all this, and now you die in vain, when you could have saved them.", it's a "your death depends on whether they live or not." and that's a mind bendingly disappointing outlook to the entire game.
Meh, Unity Player, regardless of the merits of the game in question, I dislike Unity Player, it's the Veoh web player of games. (Although Veoh has behaved lately, so you never know.)
Also; shooting cardboard pop-ups with such an insensitive interface in a demo of a game that seems to think that's okay, isn't impressive, I hope to try the real game it comes out, but if it models this (and again, it's using Unity Player, I hate UP.) I'm not going to be that impressed.
However I decline to rate because this *is* just a demo, and demos are generally lame compared to the real thing.
I think I had more fun playing with the blue flames than I did actually playing the game.
Granted I am very tired right now, so wasn't feeling like playing much p:
...So I used to play this, it was fun, interesting, the multi-aspect strategy of having to manage different tasks in a casual manner via time management, so on, so forth.
I come back and find only three worlds still running, and none are 1-2 ticks an hour anymore, which is really something I was looking forward to, being able to set tasks in motion and know that approaching attacker won't reach me for five hours.
I'm afraid the loss of the leisure of only having a tick or two an hour kills my renewed interest.
Yet another Tower Defense game, not to necessarily say anything negative about this one in particular, just that almost everything in the genre that can be done, has been done.
On another note; a mixing of genre's could go pretty well, I would be interested to see a well-done point-and-click horror Tower Defense game with a text interface and creepy obscure notes popping up that didn't fail to deliver at the end of the story...
I'm a little confused about when you find your wife (the ghost girl reported to kill you?) I hit a floating ghost-girl-thing twice and it just vanished, I didn't die, I'm on level 12 and also found a frozen person on a bier who just shattered earlier... Very confused. How do you officially end the game?
~shudders~ I have got to stop playing horror games, all too often (including this time) they achieve the desired result... And I dislike that result with an extreme passion, congratulations P: but I decline to rate because I am biased against your genre.
I started playing with the soccer ball after the first level because I thought that was the second level for awhile.... xP
Cute game, I really like the art style, however I haven't gotten to the end yet, I hope it's not too sad.
This game is totally a betrayal to seeing red and wanting it painted black, but that's just being silly, please don't rate this down if you don't get the reference xP interesting game though.
Also, @Killcool, all games take longer to load the first time you play them because your computer is downloading the game information into your browsers cache/temporary files, and subsequent loadings of the game just use a form of recall from those files.
It is *not* anything wrong with the game or *any* type of problem, except maybe with your connection, if it's too slow.
Why don't we just build an abrasive concrete wall at the end of the track for the balloons to smash/pop/break/crumple against/on? And we'd set up wizard monkeys to, instead of blowing the balloons backwards, blow them against said wall.
Game is offensive, if a developer can't show any respect for God, who, incidentally, created the developer, so by extension the developer shows no respect for himself, either, then it's not worth playing.
What on earth? My rank is back to rank one and no monkey money either, and refreshing doesn't fix it like usual, I was like 52-57 and had a plot of hand and almost 1k monkey money >>
Aww, too bad! Well, I'm glad the game achieved desired result, at least :D Erm, I mean, I'm sorry it did! ... Well, no... I'm not sorry :D
