@bugsbunny4press Maybe I am getting this wrong, but tripling or quadrupling shouldn't unlock it if it says you need to get 1.8e308 times more. Quadrupling is only 4 times more
I quickly revisited the game and must say the balance is better now. Not perfect and still a lot of work to be done. But I can see the effort the developer is putting into this game. So in spite of my rather harsh comment before, I upped my rating from 2 to 4 stars to show respect to the dev and his good will to improve the game. Good luck!
1. The apropriate title for this game would be "Unrealistic Stock Market Simulator". Prices are far too predictable with the apple and wine events, its far too easy to make money on the stock market. You can ignore income from blacksmithing.
2. Balance is way off, not only the stock market /blacksmithing balance but also rewards. The Unlock at lvl 20 is a joke. It offers ~20k profit when i already have 50 millions from the stock market.
3. Did you playtest your game? lvl 29 order is impossible to complete because you just cannot click fast enough to hand it in.
Summary: Slick graphics and nice voices but mechanicly not a good game.
I think, in the real life if I would be able to know information about apple's productivity for next year - it will ease to make a lot of money for me))) Now I've realized, that many players make huge amount of money from the stocks. I'll think about how I can improve balance of that part of the game. About level 29 - thanks for your feedback, you make my game better!
After putting 1 mutagen into hatchery mutation my larvae prodution went up by a lot. Then i went on buying another 500k hatchery mutation and the production rate went down. I hope that´s a bug, please look into it. I want to drown in larvae ;-)
Not a bad attempt at an idle game. But I think the whole cash production mechanic works against the defense/turret theme. You should try to balance the loot from enemies in a way that the game does not need a second way of earning money. In this case a quite artificial one in my opinion. But generally it is a fresh setting for the now booming genre of idle games :)
