Just turn the quality down, it means that the game runs really smoothly, I found on high quality, you had to get the energy bolts to make it run smoother, if this was intended, it's a great addition, however this effect was removed on low quality. Also hardest hard badge I've ever got!
Fantastic game, kept me entertained for way longer than expected! Need to sort out the blocks that fall when you touch them, they're very inconsistent, apart from that it's good (4/5)
For those stuck on Lvl 17, you attach every one to the closest to the enemy, then send it out to get him, cut and re attach the other two and the senders. This way the line streches all the way there.
