all of a sudden my fleet is unable to attack any further tiles, just keeps flashing the attack button on and off. I was already frustrated with the speed of the game, now having progress come to a screeching halt with no clear solution has solidified my opinion of the game. One star all around.
Pretty decent little game, the only complaint I have is that I'd prefer an auto reset feature so I could idle the game. Pretty boring once you make it to the third area onward, because clearly the only way to progress is grinding the same battle over and over until you get your higher stats/item drops.
I found a serious bug: I am here on a Saturday afternoon, rather than being out with my non-existent friends having fun doing normal people things. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY.
Holy hell Ty, I just figured out your name. I've seen your name for ages and tried to figure out what it means: Ty Tee why tees, ty tea why tea s, tight whites, etc. But jsut now it dawned upon me. Your name is tighty whiteys, and that to me is fricken hilarious.
Toxic community with no desire to promote the game in a positive light; they'd prefer to adhere to the mentality of attacking anyone with a question or concern than help. Other than that, five stars! *braces for butthurt*
You come into this game thinking, "I'm a good person. I like people. People are generally decent, and don't deserve to be hanged by the neck until dead." But then you have been here for a while, hundreds of matches spent reading "That was hilarious" and "nice shot" over and over again while pocketing shots left and right. You slowly begin to realize that flaying your opponents alive would be preferable to letting them continue to exist as they are now. You begin to assimilate into the hive mind as the quick chat system looks more and more attractive to you. You are now the very thing you hated to begin with. ONE OF US. ONE OF US. ONE OF US.
I believe I was clear as to what occurred and in what context said happenings occurred. I appreciate your snark nonetheless, and am glad I was not disappointed as per my expectation of a response. I'll clarify for you, I wanted sound but the audio needs to be reworked to a more appropriate level so that I don't need to kill it completely to be able to hear background sound.
I'm not against adding volume controls, but it isn't a priority because most players seem fine with this level of volume. For now, my suggestion is to mute the game, listen to the music on Bandcamp (https://jessevalentinemusic.bandcamp.com/album/run-3-ost), and use the "Bandcamp Volume" browser plugin to choose a more appropriate volume (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bandcamp-volume/ or https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bandcamp-volume/nlikaonifbagdlcjoepofomefchkahab).
Unskippable intro, I already don't like it and haven't even been watching it. The fact I was down in the comments looking for confirmation bias and instead found it in an unskippable intro still playing when I wanted to initiate the game is a bad sign. Will try to give it a chance anyways, but don't make shtuff unskippable.
This is one of the most convincing queue simulators I have ever played. I actually thought I was going to play a game, I really felt it in my bones, and to have my hopes dashed so splendidly as the timer continued to run... absolute masterpiece. If you are looking for that game where you think you may get a chance to play, but really just get stuck in a long queue to get declined, you have found the holy grail.
Hey, yeah - I agree, the queue times are ridiculous at the moment. The game needs a pretty high concurrent playerbase at any one time to allow for a respectably short waiting time. There's a major update landing on May 3rd which will coincide with us getting some additional spotlight on the page - so, with some luck, this should translate into a lot more players, and far lower queue times to boot. In the meantime though, I apologise for the lengthy waits.
Welcome to pool live pro, ted, the russian sanctions avoiding game that the devs break every few months just trying to update their store. Silence, or go elsewhere.
Its okay ted, this game is garbage and we all know it. We have just learned to keep quiet about it, because kong, the devs, and most of the players don't care.
I am trying to figure out whether this is what happens when they try to update the game, or if kongregate finally told the devs to fix the cheat engine exploit or gtfo. I wouldn't be surprised if the devs broke their own game trying to update the premium store, considering their script kiddie tier coding knowledge, and considering that kongregate admins don't get off their butts for anything less than threats of a filed lawsuit. None the less, RIP in peace my sweet mongoloid game, we had our good times and we had even more bad times. I'll miss the rage your sub standard quick chat system caused me, though I suspect this is only a temporary goodbye.
As much as I enjoyed playing this game over the years the predatory nature of the game mechanics has become worse, like any game such as this, as time has gone by. My enjoyment of the game decreased further with every update, and the predatory nature increased. Requirements raised, prices raised, enjoyment decreased, new content amount decreased... This is not to say this is a terrible game or p2w or anything of the sort, only that the enjoyment no longer outweighs the grind and I would tag this game as a chore simulator. Update the game, bring vast new content, and make this game great again! At this point I feel like you have built a wall of grind around the game, and are making your players pay for it.
The Facts, seeing as how they soon become repetitive, should just be made into a "crawl" like you see at the bottom of news channels. A little bit annoying to have it pop up over the game play over and over again with the same boring facts.
TyTwhyTs thanks for the information, and just another thing the devs need to fix then. I love this this game, but boy oh boy does it need some caring attention from the lazy devs. There are so many things I could optimize myself in this game and I'm a script kiddie.
