Huh, I like your writing and want to see what happens next to our vilain, but the gameplay is slower than molasses... what the hell, its free and it has better writing than some games you have to pay for, I'll 5/5 it.
huh... I like medieval shorts ore than medieval cop, for some reason. Dregg is better as a supporting character, plus the gameplay is more constant. But I love medieval cop too.
I'd even say it's an Omega version atm... but I didn't want to release an Alpha. Because that would imply that the game will stay there for god knows how long, and Beta sounds like it may well be finished sooner than later :D
If anyone hasn't noticed, there are 2 endings. Will you let go of your morals to get a happy ending?or will you be a good guy and get a bad one, personally, but perhaps a better one as far as the whole world is concerned?
Also, what if you reduced the price increase in lemonade stand to 1.06,so that ,eventually,it would be the most profitable bussiness, through pure volume of stands?
ok,here's my two cents about the reset. What if you created another leve of angel investors (say, synergy investors, since you plan to introduce synergy, which increase the effectiveness of synergy updates by 0,01% each,or less/more,its your game)and another kind of reset (one that would set your angel investors to 0,exchanging,say,100 of them for 1 of the new kind, round down (again,i use 100 as an example)And you used that reset for kong-wide reset, only giving old players (who you know aren''t cheating)a better exchange rate?(say,75 for 1,round up)on the kong-wide reset only?Just giving an idea,it might be awful.
Evinaizer:if you are refering to hermit you must go either right or left, but not both answers are correct at any given time.Shortly after you see him he releases his tentacles at either the right or the left:you must go to the opposite direction (right if left, left if right)and ,for that reason,he is one of the most annoying enemies, along with death , the wheel of fortune ,judgement and tower (I'll let you discover for yourself why they are annoying). Also, in Jojo's bizzare adventure the names were references to tarrot cards, which I am pretty sure is what this game references.Lastly, apparently,no one has seen the fool or the world yet,so they might not be proggramed in yet.
What if this is a first person perspective, ans I am actually a monster that hunts the guy who runs?Notes:you need 1 orb to revive the first time, but the cost doubles with each revival in the same playthrough. Both the number of orbs(top right)and the orbs needed for revival (under the yes)are provided. Also, you can keep the orbs on succesive playthroughs, making keeping all the orbs (or reviving just once or twice)a viable strategy, for once.
This was an awesome game. And now for some advertizing:if you want to fell this game*1000,and you have videogame money to burn (or...more illegal means, not like I suggest or condone them in any way)try playing 9 persons 9 numbers 9 doors (NDS)and its sequel, virtue's last reward(3DS and PSP).They are a litle (okay,a lot)text heavy, but if you like this game and/or blowing your mind (it starts halfway halfway through and,in the first game,it gets reeeeally good only in two of the endings, just try to get them all in both games to truly understand everything)you just HAVE to try these (note:the second spoils the first heavily).
Hmm...I solved the mystery of the insects but...but...what about the Agency? Is it just a cliche supercompany? And what about captain Bennet? And the failsafe to the insects? But,most importantly...WHAT ABOUT THE DECIDELY NON-INSECT SHADOW THAT HAS BEEN FOLLOWING ME THROUGHOUT THE GAME?My cat-nose smells a sequel.
Advice:make your characters what you think they would be,and flesh them out as much as you can. Then,if you are concerned about people not liking them, add a skip button.Starwish is a shooter RPG here, with long dialogues, but also one of the higher rated games here.(for the developer's comment to AlienKittyInc)
I plan on adding more of an RPG atmosphere to any future shooters I make--ideally in a way that lets the player explore the plot and interact with the world/characters like Starwish does. I think this game's plot delivery system makes the dialog/story feel like something that is "getting in the way of blowing stuff up" so people are less likely to be interested in it. Lesson learned, I think. ;)
Usually, the better the game the worst its potential for growth is.
But then again, the best series have started by both being great games and having great potential...
Yours is one of the few games that are amazingly good, and yet, they have an amazing potential to develop...
5/5.If you were to develop it more,I would give it 10/5,or even 15/5
Medieval Shorts is sort of like a fresh look at the series and has a active protagonist. Which may be the reason for that. Thanks for playing :D
