It was fun. Nothing too exciting or interesting because you just made a random TD (thankfully based on the old style, I hate desktop td) added acheivements (what games don't nowadays?), and an upgrade screen that looks kind of like that game where you try to send a hamster or something into space just with different letters. I think something as small as deciding on a skin for your upgrade screen should have been easy and didn't need copying. 3/5
Omgfishes, "Consumption" is the ye olde name of TB. But you're right, TB means consumption but its not fair to make you choose between definitions of cosumption as that is not the most common.
1/5 for a game that asks us to pay. If I wanted FREE FLASH games to advertise to me and to pay money I would be playing an expansive studio game that's worth it, not 100$ for a "lifetime" membership. Which is of course dependent on the developer sticking to this worthless game, very doubtful he will because its a Flash Game, and that people will find it interesting and stay interested for longer than a year, which they won't because its a Flash Game. Gameplay-wise, goddamn Runescape was better put together than some of the Flash MMOs these people scrape from the bottom of the toilet bowl. I mean, it still asked you to pay but at least it LOOKED like a real game and I didn't have to see cardboard cutouts of character interacting on the screen. I mean, seriously, Flash is weak, it is not made for this BS and you need to find another medium for your work.
You people aren't fair to Blizzard at all. Using the pinky is uncomfortable and unnatural. The only reason why I can do it is because of all that practicing on Guitar Hero 2 but I remember first playing GH2 and not being able to use the pinky at all.
So you guys want $100 for a lifetime membership for a flash game? No offense, that might seem like a good price for a "lifetime", but seriously how long do you think I'm going to stay interested in a flash game? That means it has inherently worse graphics, programming, sound, and basically everything else. Do you think anyone would last a year playing this game? I guess so, good luck. I'd much prefer to pay for a year of WoW.
I have no idea who would give this more than 1/5. For all those who think that losing everything is cool because it seperates the n00bs from the "hardcore" gamers, you do remember that this is a casual, browser, flash-based game... it SHOULDN'T be hardcore!
Too many bugs, fine its a beta. Horrible moderators... that's a problem but it happens. Copying Heroes of Might and Magic badly and trying to make money of it... pretty bad.
This game predates Kong by so long.... I remember playing this on Mofunzone like 5 or 6 years ago. You get no points for either stealing a game or reuploading a game or for a game that's over 5 years old. So to me, it really doesn't matter which reason it is to give you 1/5.
Meh. Sure its atmospheric, but there is nothing else that was brought to the genre. In fact, I've seen better both in your Dreams game (which is the first I've seen utilize the circle that shows where you are on the second picture) and 7 Differences (which was brilliant). Also, why did this have to end on a positive note. I think the music and atmosphere would have been better with a really dark storyline. 2/5
