1 Pick Virus
2 Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Cuba (if not, restart)
3 Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it
4 Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances
5 Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility
6 Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart
7 Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting
8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you
9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging
10 Wait until everyone dies

Great game. I give it 5/5 for being basically perfect in execution. It is way too difficult for me on Normal, but hey, I can't make you lose points if I suck :)
3.5/5 (rounded to 4) and here is why:
-I dislike that the paths are meaningless, but at least you help us from screwing up too bad by making sure we dont build too far from the temple.
-There are a lot of things to work with (research, blessings, gold, towers, heroes) which is awesome.
-I don't like scrolling the map, but it's not a big deal.
-I am having an issue with really annoying lag.
I'd suggest you see if the lag issue is from your end and not mine because its that kind of thing that can really ruin a game.
Well done! This game was totally worth the wait! Not to mention all the effort I put into getting those cards. I think I'll be playing this for the next couple of hours at least!
It saddens me that people would compare this to Guitar Hero and Rock Band.

Also, I find the notes in synch, don't know what others are complaining about.
Its really funny how people can't figure out how to mute :) I mean, the button is right there, looking like a mute button should!
