They must 'preload' games like this with about 3-4 thousand "5 star" ratings, cause this really can't be getting a 3.5 after actually being exposed to users.
Rate JSilvis's comment up - it's absurd how many of Kong's badges lately go to these multiplayer free=to-pay games. And that these games, for sure, are not getting fake star ratings, everyone is sick of them.
You get two squads during the tutorial process. Then you can earn imperials ("silver" cash in the game) and purchase the ready squad from the game shop. Or, you may be lucky and get the hero card from the basic or elemental booster and build a squad around it. Now you have three squads and can fight in the three-squads battle.
Rank 8 seems impossible. I got "qua" as my prefix, and did quadplex, quadplexes, quadruplex, quadruplexing, quadruplexes, and then got 'exquisiteness' when I got 'ess' later on. But my god, wtf, how are you supposed to get 10 in one go? It doesn't seem to be totally them up over time or I would have 10 already. Upvote so the author sees this.
Hate the last level. Last levels should be a test of your accumulated skill - not a test of whether you'll luck out with the physics engine. Otherwise, good game.
Slow-ass graphics, like everyone else says. And the random number generator seems broke - way too many misses even with a 95% hit rate. 1 star out 5, absolutely terrible to see such simple problems breaking this game.
Don't bother with the mining upgrade, go for primary weapon upgrade asap, and shield upgrades. Try to conserve special ammo - consider using rockets instead of emp, emp instead of nuke when the situation calls for use of specials.
