Too long to complete it in other difficulty lvls after you beat one. It gets really repetitive after the first 10 battles. There also doesn't seem to be any reason to build anything but triple cannons, 5 of those at lvl 5 pretty much kill everything by themselves, even in the last lvl. Normal setup that works in any lvl pretty much looks like oilrig, thunderglobe (to mix things up), 4-5 tripleguns, a freezing ray if you feel fancy (doesn't really do much, since it won't get to fire even right at the screen edge, and dies really fast since it trades shots when it does). Hit 123 when there are more than 1 one the big ships, repeat.
Nice game. Two problems tho: Drawing walls close to the spell icons doesn't work sometimes, problematic at the attack stages. And a minor bug: When you finish the last engineer stage before you have finished every other stage you have to do it again to complete the game
Is there any way to tell how many weapon slots a ship has ? Because it sucks to buy a ship just to get a piece of crap with 1 weaponslot aka complete waste of money. Also: theer is a soundbug with the firegun and bosses, once you hit it it sounds like a bucket of nails being dropped. Oh and: the lvl end music can't be controlled via the "music" slider
Hm..seems to have some serious balance problems. So far 2-handed seems completely useless since you are fornicated when you lose an arm, which takes one round. Dual wield at least still can attack and block..and then there is shield bash, which seems to be far too cheap (mp wise) for what it does.
