The game is hosted on mind-funk.de and integrated on Kongregate via an iframe. It sounds like your browser or a plugin you use, is blocking the game. What kind of browser are you using? Try to force a reload: Right click on the game, select "This Frame" > "Reload Frame". If it still doesn't work, could you open the developer tools console (usually F12 or CTRL+SHIFT+i, you might have to select the console tab in the new toolbar) and send the contents to support@HypnoticOwl.com? Would be a great help!
So one of the down sides of this is the clunky way marking empty squares are handled. But then I find out that the behavior I would have wanted is available as an unlockable option: so I have to get to XP level 25 just to get the controls to behave properly? What the heck?!
@dragosthedragon The Sum is mostly useful for organizing links in a large design. If you want to test a condition involving multiple inputs, then send the result to multiple outputs, using a sum can be great.
@723_3493 on level 18 it could be solved with two loops, but notice that the tools you would use to control a loop (Add* and Compare) are not available. The Recursion is controled by the call to IsEmpty, so it can't go forever.
my best score on lvl 19 so far is 2334 steps using 17 boxes. It could go faster but that pushes the box count up too high for the best rating. (the step count requirement is fairly loose on this level, so lots of ways to solve it)
Very nice! My biggest complaint is that it is too short, but there are a few things that need work for that expansion… For the more complex designs, it would be good if we could see the contents of the 'storage' while testing, and we should have the option to 'step-into' sub-boxes to help debug recursive puzzles. Also the tutorial parts should be skiable and not delete your previous solution when you revisit a level.
@Shadey: the solution you create for level 8 is used as a building block in later levels, so using a short-cut solution will cause trouble for you later.
I havent found any 'lost item' artifacts yet: all of the capsules so far have been too close to the surface. Is there more then one capsue on a plannet, or am i just having bad luck?
