Okay, not only is it a really fun game, but I also love your little "shout outs" to Ludum Dare 23. You have 23 spheres per location, the giant number 23 in the green location, and the giant letters LD in the little desert. I really, really like the game's style!
...Roguelike wasn't the word I meant. Was thinking "metroidvania" in its exploration-ish way. Playing more and more of it, I'm loving it progressively more :D
A colorblind mode was a REALLY good touch! I really do like the game and its "roguelike" concept though. (It's roguelike from what I can see, at least...)
Five stars if just for the colorblind mode (although I'd have given five either way =p)
This is a really creative and innovative game, and is certainly a wonderful idea! I'd like to see more polishing done to the engine, but aside from that I like it!
I find it ironic that the challenge levels took me half the amount of tries that the normal levels did. They're all frame-perfect button presses to me. =p
My least favorite: "I like green" Even though green is my favorite color, that level was demonic. =p
Poor fish. How many lives did this person end just so he could sleep, eat more coconuts, and roast the happy clouds to oblivion? (But not really?) (Incidentally, the eels are genuinely difficult to catch if you have to click on them. =p)
Somehow, I like this game's concept. Point-and-clicker combined with minigames and a somehow compelling storyline. AND an developer that seems to reply to 99% of the comments. I like that. =D
Oh, and also... "Totally awesomestest experience guaranteed or no money back. Stick it to the world (tm) I do hope that nobody reads this tiny text. Blah blah bubbly blah de blah. (C) Photonstorm" ...Sorry, I couldn't resist reading the tiny text on the title screen, however much it hurt my eyes! =D
No fish were harmed in the making of this game! ^_^
