5 for being a good game, but the Shogun Ghost is just daft. The amount of gold you get makes cost irrelevant, and they're like a great big dirty win button - their special is massively overpowered.
Acheron Wastes was tough, did it at Level 13 I think. Only a couple of waves are a problem - I think I relied heavily on poison and debuff mages, and more dexers than usual.
Really annoying bug where your attack just doesn't happen, for no reason. Click, click, click, click, nothing. Have to go to the next screen to get it to work again. Grinding = irksome. Game itself, OK. Overall, 3/5
Completed - beat all bosses first attempt, and the Lord of Hell was the easiest of the lot. Well done, Rudy - though I still dislike the grinding, the game itself was great.
Frog was pretty easy on first attempt, but had no idea it was there, so got a bit of a shock. He barely got half across the map - used 2 elf titans, huge group of dryads and hobbit-spam. Was nice to think about strategy, though.
Decided to up my rating to 3/5. Still can't go any higher due to the long, long period of time spent hiding behind autofire arrows to get enough mana to do anything. Especially on later levels, it wouldn't hurt to just give us 0/9999 mana to start with. Less boring grinding, but no easier.
Re: the huge waves they throw at you as you've almost got their castle down. All you have to do is save mana in reserve, and hit them back. It's not too hard once you worked out how to counter it.
