I like how the upgrades can be explained as wishes. "I wish i were faster." "I wish more stars would fall every night." "I wish falling stars would be attracted towards me."
I think this game could really shine if some effort was taken to sit down and balance out all the weapons. It is unfortunate that the nature of flash games and Kong means that a game that's been out for a while and gotten badges already will almost never be revisited by its developer. The best bet is for the developer to consider the feedback for a sequel.
I enjoy the Badge of the Day and have not missed a single one.

I had gotten the other badges in this game a while ago and gave up on the hard badge cuz it was too frustrating. That hasn't changed. I did not really enjoy myself playing it then, and i still don't now. 3/5 for a generally good and decently polished game, but a severe case of poor balance which cripples the playing experience.
Hmm, i interpret the character as not actually distrusting or wanting to rebel against Mama, but rather as just doing what people tell him to do. "Go put batteries back into people." "Ok Mama.", "Go meet with Felix." "Ok, Shirley", "Go put batteries back in crazy people." "Ok, Felix.", "Get batteries for the door." "Ok, Felix.", "Kill Mama." "Ok, Felix."...
The only in-game medal i'm missing is the 5th star one "It's Rob."
For the life of me i can't get it. I've sent the penguin up countless times and exhausted the fuel at high altitudes, but nothing has happened yet. Do i have to do it in story instead of classic mode or something?
Oh wow, there's continuity between 5 differences and this game. The tree at the beginning is the same tree as the one the guy painted the eye next to. It's the same pant marks and everything. I think the same eyeball painting shows up too.
Ah, as with any RPG, the answer is level grinding. The stats that are based on the percentage of stat points to the maximum is slightly vexing. The story heals all ills though.
Best strategy for stages 12+: upgrade mines and claw fliers to max, unlock needle flier and building wrecker. get 10 mines, 6 claw fliers, at least 2 needle fliers and as many building wreckers as you can afford. Use mines to destroy all anti-air ground units and then go to one end of the map. Drop all your claw fliers, then all your needle fliers, then all your building wreckers. The building wreckers are so that it doesn't take nearly as long to destroy all the buildings.
