its got a quality aesthetic, but so short! seems like a lot of work to make a very attractive-looking game, just to be limited by level development :( Should team up your graphics ability with the makers of the meat boy series-- that had practically endless gameplay.
4/5
Little new functionality compared to old versions... would have liked to see some new gameplay or at least unique puzzles... but this just feels more like a level pack, and a repetitive one at that. Still get 3/5 tho cause i like the series.
as another reviewer said, its a clever game but it needs polish. Also fwiw, I don't care for the auto-fire-ahead-of-you mechanism. Makes it impossible to strafe or reverse.
Holy crap this game is like sensory overload. I think the animations are a bit too flashy and the sfx a bit too punchy... Decent concept for a puzzle game but i think you should consider having a stripped-down mode.
No no no no. This is an unfortunate sequel to a decent game. Consider making a new game where you start with 0 elements again if you wanna change it. This game is just tedious because the combinations are way too difficult and counterintuitive. I feel like you exhausted all your better ideas after the first game.
Tedious. Not my favorite point and click, the fun puzzle solving felt trivial compared to the headache of remembering to do all the parts of the quest in the right order.
For the support-only badge, level 1 is doable with a single #2, level 2-9 are doable with a single #3, level 10 requires a #3 and #4, level 11-14 a signle #3, and 15-19 require a #3 and a #4, level 20 with #3, #4, #4. (Use the first #4 early, don't forget there's a reload period after it finishes) If you're killing all the baddies, you shouldn't run out of money.
Hm, did anyone else have trouble getting the badge to trigger? I got 80k and it won't register...
Fun game, though after a while it just gets impossible to keep lining up cakes when it goes too fast.
