@ Gnoehlnahc both Rage and Cleave don't seem to get anything if you put more than 1 point in them. Whatever with the warrior changes warrior is still awful - his survivability is the worst of all classes because he's missing a reliable heal or stun and his damage is still pathetic and unreliable.
@ Chaafi: Once you've got all shadow talents maxed pulling 2 or even 3 mobs at once is indeed doable in the 50-60 range and with resurrection it isn't all that risky. Holy nova on the other hand is useless for aoe pulls because the damage is really bad at 5% of int per second.
Does anyone know a good way to level the warrior class?
Going for berserker talents deals decent damage, but the execute cd is too high and blood strike makes sure you can't kill more than 2 mobs in a row; Going for the knight tree with cleave and increased damage for multiple mobs also doesn't look like the way to go because I only get 1 cleave out per pull which doesn't do all that much damage + Retaliate is just too unreliable; And the fighter tree just seems utterly pointless with an extremely weak heal and the heroic strike that deals almost no bonus damage on an incredibly high cd.
One thing that bugs me with rogues is, that Sap and Cheap shot don't really work well together - most deaths are caused by an add, when Cheap Shot is just off cooldown, then it is wasted on the mob that's already close to death. And then a rogue has lots of trouble dealing with a full health mob without a stun (and even playing safely at 75% still doesn't ensure survival) => it would be cool if sap blocks Cheap Shot until the sapped target is attacked.
Frost nova really really needs to be the number one priority of the mage - it's just way too important to get it out before you get hit when trying to pull 3 at once and needs to get up a second time before you die. Right now it's kind of random luck whether or not you get hit before the nova gets out and if you survive until the second gets ready heck it's even so random that I die pulling 2 mobs.
@ 1any1 this is most likely because Heroic Strike increases the power of your next hit => it will go on cooldown once that hit is out and the game will show the combined power of both the hit and the heroic strike.
Love this game, but there are a few things that bug me:
- Shields seems to be the best option for all classes (maybe except for holy priests) at least on lower levels because the damage gained from using an offhand item is usually way too low compared to the great health bonus from a shield - especially in the case of warriors and rogues, where you have to spend 10 talent points just to get something out of offhand/2H items.
- The new crafting costs are way too high: on lower levels and it may force you to spend ages in low lvl zones just to get items that you don't even use because they're low level.
Also if possible I'd like some more strategy options, because 25% is often way too low and 50% way too high, something like:
20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and instead of 99% a "rest after each battle"
Really great game, but some things really need to improve:
Too grindy (especially the kills achievements I mean who is going to kill 800 choppers just to reduce their health !_!)
Revolver, Dual Revolver and Dual Shotgun reload times are far too slow
Rocket Launcher is useless (Not even good against choppers, because you don't get enough free time after killing them with the launcher)
Chopper are too powerful : The only possible way to stay alive longer than 1 minute against them is to abuse the perma rage bug?
