Kinda fun, I guess. I wish I could see what upgrading a card would do before I upgrade it, though. Oh, and it just says "Castle Name" is being invaded when I'm being attacked.
Fun for a little I guess, but it gets boring... It'd be nicer with some variety. Shooting little black dots with the same gun on the same level can only be interesting for so long....
The same amount of money, same amount of customers, and same situation every time... Basically each level is just playing the level before it, plus a few more days. WAY too repetitive.
Too repetitive, and seems to go through various stages of being way too hard, or way too easy. Plus, the guy in the Humvee just looks like he's having a seizure.
This game needed some more testing before release, I think. 2/5.
It's fun for a bit, but gets boring (and WAY too difficult) pretty quickly. I think it'd be more interesting if the skills did something to add more customization to it, rather than just a little price decrease on upgrades.
I agree with all of those saying that the enemies should be released symmetrically. It's kinda lame when my ability to defeat the boss is decided by what side it comes out on... =(
The "Fast learner" skill is completely useless... It boosts your experience gain by 5%, but the requirement to level up seems to grow by 20% each level, so even if you put all your points on to fast learner right away, you'll still take longer to learn the actually useful skills, than if you hadn't wasted time with it.
I like this one the best so far, in the protector series. Far from perfect (still a little too difficult, sometimes), but a fun way to waste some time. 4/5.
Desktop TD was fun when it first came out, but many others have surpassed it since then, and this doesn't really bring anything new (except the ones that jump through walls, which I hate). 2/5.
