The thing with 23 is you have to remember ram is good at defense. If you sit back and do nothing the comp will wear itself down, then there will be a window where you can unleash your ram and quickly take over. I wonder if some hint system would help with those levels, rather than changing them.
I am planning to record videos for every level to help players to find a good tactic. If you guys want to help me there you are welcome and can post videos to the comment section. I would gladly use them. :)
Good game. I thought most of it was too easy on hard mode... just making tons of connections real fast and attacking from multiple sides worked most of the time. Only one that gave me much trouble was 30 on hard... it's a good challenge. You really have to keep the side hubs under control. Also, the high score tab doesn't have a drop down to select hard mode.
You are one of the first stating that the game is too easy :). Its really hard to match all needs here. But I have learned that an easy mode is needed and that hard mode can be a bit more challenging. Thanks for the feedback!!
Isoball is my favorite puzzler, good to see more levels being created! The switches and moving blocks were a bit buggy, they don't reset very well after a failed try. Would also like to see blocks being off limits after clicking start, it's buggy if you play with leftover blocks after hitting start (not a big deal though).
Using a power on super fortresses helps. Airstrike to damage shields or even overcharge. If you don't think you can drop them, then sell your stun towers to hurry them across. Shields/AA at the front should hold their attention for the most part.
Winning doesn't feel very strategic. ep.3 - Spam basic lasers and sometimes supply, nothing else. Ever. ep.2 - Mostly spam adv fighters. ep.1 - Better than the others, but cannon defense + bomber simply dominates. Were a few good levels scattered around though.
Well done . The difficulty feels a little too mixed up, but nothing is overly hard. For level 10 jump off and hold left in the air, so you don't go too far.
Teams pool their cards. On the challenges against a large AI team, the computer can use +6 cards on their second turn and every turn after. Doesn't quite seem fair.
I beat it. You have to replay levels a few times to get enough resources, but you don't need to max everything. Building Strongholds is important for later levels, so get 5. Also, get at least the first tier of each golem skill - they are beasts that own the ground, especially after you reduce their price. I felt archers needed to be completely maxed. There are some insane flying waves. Game was alright... a little agitating for reasons others have mentioned. 3.5/5
Interesting little exploration game. I enjoyed it. My only problem was the mouse going off the screen and having trouble getting it back on to click stuff. Can you force the mouse to stay in the center of the screen? Maybe change it to a targeting reticule... like unity fps games.
It's a fun, short game. Not long enough to warrant skills. Would be too easy if it was easier, since it's short losing isn't a big deal. I beat it on my second try. The powerups work fine as short term items you use until you get hit... be careful as long as you can, then go back to normal.
Very good work. Thanks a lot for this. I will link such videos into the level screen in one of the next version.
