you know those games that as you get stronger the game gets better? and you see the dev's vision and say 'right on kewl game!' -- this is not one of those games - you come to hate it
so the buffs get MORE useless as you progress?? the tentacles allow enemies thru that you are powerless to kill - there are no buffs allowed in the boss fights? your auto fire shuts off in the final boss - i flew around two minutes before i realized it was a glitch and not a curse -- and TOO MUCH ANIMATION
its a weird game - it starts out really hard and tedious - then gets easy and tedious - and then it kinda becomes tedious - like i wish you could zip straight to 5000 metres - youget replenished anyway ...
dear clueless -- the play area is bigger than the screen - like many money grubbers before you - you miss this detail -- guess how many pennies i will give you =?
this series is the best platform ever done -- i f***ing hate platforms -- all th is running round, no strategy just spiders and sore finger muscles -- you get a +1 over my standard 2 for platforms-- 3/5 -- death to jumping!!!!
Day 118 - 100% lockdown - never found fifth master, never found 15th stock house - so never got the abilities of the first master (and of course the missing fifth) -- wtf?
locked down the entire city but one and starting on the last sector and notice that there are two quests the master of war still needs done to give me good stuff - thanks dude - its nice to know i have to play the entire campaign just about to get your buffs --
ok so you seem to be ok with luck over strategy - well this is one of those games that is hard to advance in cuz money gets scarce in the middle levels - lots of grinding takes the fun out around level 11 or 12
very good game, however like a lot of these jewel games - it doesnt seem 'random' at all - for god sakes theres no harm in guaranteeing all the colors are even each screen
