To new players who seem to overlook this (my roommate included, don't feel too bad):Click the picture in the top left. There's tons of info, a mute button, and a way to back up your save file there.
To Uzumachi: If you don't like the game anymore, stop playing. duh. There's plenty of us who still love it.
The constant scrolling did let me know what number was what, at first. After that, I knew and really wished it would stop so I could see what I was spending. Maybe have a little tag or something saying what color is what? And I can deal with no scroll wheel, but it was confusing at first.
Other than that, I really do like the new design. It took a second to get used to, and it may be the art style talking here, but it's almost like changing channels instead of menus now ^_^
One thing that's bugged me since I found this game was that using the scroll wheel makes my browser and the game scroll simultaneously. For some reason, if I hold Ctrl, this fixes it and only the game scrolls. Not sure why, but glad there's a way since I tend to scroll without thinking.
REALLY needs some kind of level select. I got to 6-1, had to leave, came back and had to start over? Also, something showing how many levels there are would be nice. If I was close to the end, I'd have just finished it, but I don't know how far I actually was besides that number.
The game seems nice, but having to wait 5 seconds for the level number to go away is extremely off-putting. Could there at least be some settings to turn off animations? Or speed them up?
To everyone whining about the newspaper costs: Look at the achievements. It's there to boost everything else. A lot. So yeah, it's going to be a little pricey.
ok, was dealing with the wall jumping. It was frustrating, but doable. Until that last challenge. When you have to have perfect timing on about 30 jumps or start over? Nope. Thanks. I'll go crownless this week.
For everyone complaining that something holding ice cream can overheat, you ever feel above a fridge or cooler? Those give off a lot of heat. Even air conditioners generate heat.
Wow, the fact that Dracos is so downvoted just proves you all like to whine. I normally hate this kind of game where you just set up a town and expand it. I just don't like to play them. But for these badges, you basically set a timer and walk away, watch something, play something else, glance back now and then. I never got past level 7, so I know I didn't see nearly what this game has to offer, but it didn't torture me to mess with it long enough to squeeze out a couple badges.
It says you can speed up construction by 10 minutes per 1 cubic, but it just takes what it needs to finish automatically. That's fine, but I think it'd be great if you could choose how much to put into it, maybe to trim 10 or 20 minutes off or to even out your timers so they finish closer together.
At LEAST could you make a way to reset spent blops without having to restart the whole game? That way people can mess with the effects of different weapons and not have to grind all over again when they decide they don't like what the one they've put everything into is leading toward.
Everyone's complaining about having to deal with time for the badge. If you complete the first half of the levels, you should be close if you haven't gotten it by then already. The medals and in game time is just for you after that.
