The controls are loose. The levels are irritating. There doesn’t seem to be any story.
Also, I'd like to say that after getting to Wizard's Tower 1 and getting knocked into the Basement by some random guy who came in from nowhere on the edge of the screen, I can't even give this game a 2. Far too frustrating and it lacks the essential element of "fun" in a game.
Just a geometry wars ripoff. That being said, the paint splatter is kinda cool.
Please add in mouse support instead of WASD. It works so much better for arena shooters.
Stop with the friggin' "no visible health bar" idea. Also, one thing I've never liked about the "Thing Thing" series is that there are always doors everywhere where you have to kill an obscene amount of enemies before you can pass through, for no reason at all. Plus, the story is very clichéd.
The elements have always been here to make it a good game. I don't know why the "Thing Thing"s get worse with each new reiteration. Oh wait, it's probably the fact that each one is the same game with new areas and flashier effects.
Ever since badges were added this game is glitching out. I keep beating levels, and then the next level won't start at all. Nothing spawns or anything.
It's pretty good so far...it has a lot of promise. I can hardly wait until a way to earn cards through the game comes out. The only thing is that the while the cards look nice, the attack effects are a little lackluster and not very interesting.
No, it does need a mute button. "Mute" means no sounds. NOT just no music. Like most people I like to just listen to my own music while playing, and I don't like having crappy sounds effects play every time I do something in game.
