Just completed the game with 245 septenvigintillion AI's; can the new update be loaded with achievements and upgrades? I don't want to hard reset; it took me too long to get here, and I know I'd lose interest. Please HyperHippo; achievements and upgrades...
One of the passive upgrades should be to make your robot not a complete retard. When you're level 32 and your robot decides to go in the middle of 8 bosses in normal level 16, you know something's wrong.
I feel like the end of 3-X is so hard because rhythm bails on you and you have to ignore the flashing colors and focus directly on the white path that is travelling in a crazy pattern of stops and goes that make you wonder why it's just a hard badge.
An idea for the achievements system: Have 10 pillars, one for each business, (or 1 pillar, and the option to switch between.) It shows the next goal at the top, then as you scroll down, it shows the next unearned... until you get to the earned; which then increases as you go down. Why not have an achievement for spent AI's, as well?
Maybe have cosmetic changes to the knight/tower when you upgrade from the blacksmith, and have the torches change color to your most dominant skill tree.
Just a thought; what if the Special battles turned from timed skills to turn based? It's kind of hard knowing if you want to dodge the next attack or if you want to use Clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is more or less telling you whether or not you're going to be wrecked by a power attack in 1 second or not.
It's about time this game got its "Badge of the Day." I played it back in 2010 and wondered why it wasn't played more. Replaying it, glad to see it is still a great game.
You said offline progression bug was fixed. It wasn't. Especially frustrating since my computer can't handle Unity very well; so I can only have this running or play other games. Please look into this.
