The organization on the museum makes it extremely hard to track what petals I should care about. If it was sorted by all the 1 petal mutations, then the 2, then then 3, etc, that would be more clear. Or the ability to switch what sorting method or the ability to filter the museum page would be a great addition.

Also how about a utility upgrade that makes purchased trades refresh faster? especially once you get calculator and bribery, it's easy to clear out every good deal in a few clicks then you need to wait for it to reload
Also once you get to the later game trading in lower value resources becomes almost impossible because one end of the trade caps out at 9999 in quantity and the other end of the deal is nowhere near the same in value. You might want to balance out the trades a bit better to account for that, or tweak the UI so trades can have more than 9999 in value in either end
Thoughts so far: cute game, but it is honestly a bit frustrating at first. It can involve lots of waiting around waiting for a trade for the right kind of resource. if there was a way you could "bookmark" a trade so it stuck around longer till you could accept it, that would be nice. OR the ability to remove a trade, if you didn't want it or knew it was a terrible deal.
just got the calculator upgrade, on one hand it's nice to only get value deals, on the other it sorta removes a big part of the challenge of the game.
I had that idea too, but didn't come up with a nice way of implementing it. I think as it is now, a part of the game is that when you see a good deal, you have to act quick, analyze other offers, and see if you cannot perhaps make some bad deals in order to afford that one awesome deal.
The calculator upgrade is a big thing. Even though it is the only upgrade that actually does nothing, it has the biggest impact and is the most controversial one. Many players said it was frustrating to not be able to see good deals at higher resources, and I was skewing towards semi-idling style of play in later stages of game when playtesting, where I just checked back once in a while to see if there are any good deals. For this style of play, the calculator felt really in place. I knew it removes a big part of the challenge, but in the end I decided to add it.
Having warnings for nearly full fuel tanks and low fuel tanks is really annoying. It beeps every time a ship comes in. Instead just warn us if our fuel production is in the negative. I don't care if my tank is full, that's a sign I have a surplus, that's good!
The inability to add or remove more than one person from a job at once is extremely frustrating. Having to click dozens of times to move people from science to missions and back is tedious. The ability to shift click or alt click to move 5/10/all/whatever people at once, or have them automatically reassign after leaving sickbay, would help a lot.
Being able to hide researched techs would be great too. The list is getting huge, and I don't like having to scroll through it to check for missed techs
Needs the ability to more easily upgrade how much money you get. Upgrades just take WAY too long after a while, and you get a huge back up of ooze sitting around
Am I doing things wrong or is it just impossible to defend yourself after day 100ish? Every time I get attacked, it just wipes out my whole army, and then I don't have a chance to build my forces back up before i'm attacked again and wiped out again, and it just goes in a cycle. If I don't defend, I take damage, meaning I can't skip as many battles to try and get my forces back up. And the cost of repairs keeps going up and up and up so it's impossible to recover after your losses.
Hi, as we said to the other players, in the beginning, it should be normal to find it hard; after many tries, though, you'll find out that you just have to find your strategy. One of us, in his first run, had the same difficulty you met; after 2-3 games, he got to destroy any invasion without any loss. Just keep trying! ;)
most fun tower defence i've played in a while! will definatley purchase the full version sometime tommorow. one second its 11 at night, and then i beat the last level and its 1 in the morning. tetris effect indeeed
That is a known issue on my list of improvements. As an FYI you do still get the boost as it is only a display issue.
