What's with the Aussie? Far as I know, was only the Brits, the Canadians and the Yanks that landed on Normandy and the titular "Omaha" was all American..
Got to last 3 enemy territories Zerg-rushing with companion cavalry and Silver shields, then the game bugged out, attacked Khwarzamia and it came up with the battle screen sans interactive elements with the Medina title, no hotkeys functioned.
Overdone idea, minimal thought, less effort, poor execution.
An arena game with nil real diversity and forces you to play with your friends sandwiched against you on one keyboard.
Nice game, solid game-play, if you get really lost for words, but can type nice and quick, with a degree of accuracy, just start top left of your monitor and type every word you see on the screen, if you type them out fast enough (I'm at 80 wpm with 90% accuracy) you'll hit specials often enough to breeze through the game, also a really good way to beef up your touch typing skills.
Good game, but my temporary save got deleted, I saved and left the game to idle on the main menu for 20 minutes or so, when I got back no loadies, I wasn't going back to gear I had 30 floors ago either :P other than the lack of an autosave feature, not a bad game.
(Yes i get the lack of a save feature is deliberate, doesn't mean I personally have to like it)

I seem to remember Bezerk having been around longer than that and at any rate, they have produced some really quite good games.
This however, is not one of them, this game shows either a solid aptitude with flash or editing another platformer, but assuming it's all original, points for sound, imagery and graphics. The control system, sort of intuitive, but without a keymap, I found myself wondering if wailing away on roof-bound bad guys was only taking half an hour because there was a key I had missed that launched rockets or hampsters or at least aimed at them.
If this flash-win was backed up by a solid atmosphere, balanced play and some severe UI overhaulage, it'd be a close 4/5. for now, 2/5
Was a fan of the original Speedball games and I gotta say, you've done the series justice, I was jumping in my seat as my little dudes smacked the F^%$ out of the other little dudes, something no modern sports game has done for me in some time. Excellent work mate clear-cut 5/5
