Takes too long to get to the challenging parts, everything before wind, rogue or so is just rather boring to replay. Adding a speed up/collect bonuses mechanism so optimising earlier areas boosts score could alleviate this while still having the difficulty increase as is.
85% of the work for making a great game has been done, end result very mediocre though. Needs higher personal danger and removal of the weak, frustrating and pace-killing 'camp the villagers' mechanic.
