Overall, the game is good. But the crypts are just too buggy. Watching the guys walk off with your gems because the sparks are just dancing around them is not fun.
I think I liked the old Frenzy spell better than the Terror replacement. And, as come have pointed out, having the enemies run into walls instead of backward on their path reduces the usefulness of the fear.
I don't get where it claims that the glooples only occasionally combine I stopped an oozle from combining to form a grey three times. And my swing missed the fourth so it became a grey anyway. This was all in succession, not separate games. That seemed pretty determined to glom together.
Leech0530: I went the other route. I took closed govt, closed the borders, blocked international travel and applied "extreme tactics." It achieved complete eradication.
We get a description (once) of the freeze ability and what the other lab things do is known only to the computer. This could use a permanent guide so the player knows all the rules. And I know this will get downvoted by people who think "guessing is half the fun"
Corpserule: There is a difference between difficulty and "can't be beaten without the walkthrough." I agree that you don't want to be boring. But an exercise in futility is just as boring.
The badge is impossible. I solved a puzzle. But it wouldn't take it as solved. It would say 0 errors and show "solution" matched what I had. But it just sat there running time.
