Is mine boost supposed to have only one upgrade level in city facilities? I thought that changed when it became the infinite port, but it didn't change back when warehouse changed to the mine.

The timer stacks, so if you come back 2 minutes later it will be ok :)
The controls aren't responsive enough for the required precision. It's still possible to muddle through, but it would be more fun if it had better controls
So, SHIFT-LEFTCLICK replaces all the items you're clicking on with whatever item you have selected. I don't see this mentioned anywhere. What I *thought* it did was replenish empty fuel cells (since that's what I had selected). After building up the reactor, I shift-clicked to replenish my old cells. Nope, replaced them all with the newer (hotter) cells. This caused everything in the entire reactor to explode, basically resetting the game. So, I'm done with this game forever, and this message is just a warning so that others don't make my same mistake.
New version works past "Choose your character", but game is FULL of bugs! (also, it crashes the IE version of the unity plugin, but works in firefox. Weird). What does CAP do? Sets the number of shadow clones to the cap? Haha, NOPE! Sometimes it does. Sometimes it sets it to some random number. So either the CAP button is setting the wrong cap, or we're being told the wrong number for what the cap is.
Rebirth! "Rebirthing is safe when everything is green." Super! Wait, I can't see green! I have the MOST COMMON FORM OF COLORBLINDNESS. Is this seriously the only indicator? Game is unplayably broken for me then.
It never crashed on me, maybe it has something to do with your unity plugin...
Cap sets the clones to the cap and if you don't have enough clones, it will set the optimal number of clones without adding unnecessary clones. So if the cap is 100 and you have 99 clones, it will add 50 clones because 51-99 clones would do nothing more. That is not random.
Also the green color is just a help to make it easier. The real indicator are the numbers, if the right number is higher than the left number, then it is save to rebirth.
