Extremely static. Close to zero choice and variation. Add some grinding, some randomness to equipment availability and non-fixed damage. Remove the "boss /4 battles".
also.. since the enemy always knows when you attack something (and sends his army tw your city a few seconds afterwards), it would be nice not to have two simultaneous battle cancel one of them out. If i reach the enemy and his army reaches my city soon after, the battle switches so i can only control the later. Having reseorces and buildqueues continue during battles (which obviously takes weeks?) makes starvation common, since you cannot marketplace prevent it.

Cannot buy fire spirits even though the game states that i can buy 18.
The resource upgrades say "increases 10%", when in fact they only increase 10units. That's pretty weak in the later game when the income is ~50,000 for every resource.
Easy and nice. Perhaps add some more items, weapons, autoturrets, etc?
To win: Buy 2 extra turrets, 2 autoturrents (while extending their range), then go for 3x blue laser ammo, finally anitmatter secondary. Just switch back and forth to secondary to plant explosions here and there in the end.
perhaps if every shot didn't autokill the few items you managed to grab? Also, moving the grabber sideways more or less autodrops whatever youre holding (provided 1sec hasn't gone by, by which time the item is shot anyway).

Very good game. Simple design, yet elegant. Just finished insane, which was hard enough.
Would love to see more levels, weapons and specials in a sequel. ;)
