Good gameplay concept. The story was quite apparent early in the game. This needs a longer game just not with this story. Or maybe different endings depending on your thoughts.
I like the approach of the game, and the feel, but there's just too much of everything. It's very daunting to look through everything and see how much one has to control. Add to that the dense prose and somewhat lacking mechanics is just somewhat off-putting and difficult to get into. It's like Fallout meets Dwarf Fortress, and I mean that in both good and bad ways.
Why reset the characters every round? And why reset them is such a backward way? And why can I move then attack, but not attack then move? And why are zombies quicker than I am? I would also like better explanations of game items.
