Nice, had lots of fun piecing everything together :D I'm just wondering how Future Todd ended up at the beach. I know after what events he got there, but not how or why. That's pretty much the only question remaining. Well, that and how come Clint knows 'bout the earpiece while others -- like Angelica -- don't seem to know 'bout it.
Oh, and one interesting path that didn't get explored in here, is the one used in the movie Existenz.
Bug: When you ask the bartender about Derrida before just talking to him, you can't talk to him afterwards, ending up in not getting that one piece of the story.
Screw this, it's not taking the blue wolf when I click it, but takes it, along with the top, when I click the top. Doesn't accept the hut or the armor either. For some reason, it likes to circle the mouse cursor around, though. What's up with that? Rated it 1/5 because it's seriously buggy and just not fun.
Sometimes, the controls run off on themselves (not as bad as some other games on Kong), and other times, they don't respond, or I even have to click the game to put focus on it again. It's a fun game, but those things make it tedious. Seems to happen to alot of games on Kong, though -- and nowhere else :S
I hate those cloaking penguins. They cloack the moment they come on the screen, and only uncloak when they reach your igloo. Can't hit them until then... Anyways, finished it.
Especially due to the ripped music, it feels like a wannabe-Zelda game. The graphics itself are ok, actually one of the better graphics I've seen in Flash games (not the usual paperdoll stuff), but the controls're too awkward, and it often gets jerky, making it impossible to control too often.
Oh! Oh! Oh! Now that I'm spewing suggestion after suggestion... What 'bout the vessels & equipment & crewmembers you can get in a city depend on its technology level, and why not allow you to take command of captured cities, so you can improve their technology level (what's it for, otherwise? It's useless right now) and crime rate (which could help if it's higher and you're a buccaneer, or damage your reputation if it's not below a certain point if you're an Enforcer)
Third comment... Forgot one last suggestion: A realistic economy. Right now, every city has fixed prices. Even if you buy up a city's entire stock, they'll still sell low. It'd be more fun on the economics part if the stock of an item determined its price. Places like proximity to forests or mountains having an effect on the price of wood (for forests) and iron/bronze/silver/diamont (for mountaints) would further improve the economics system.
Oh, and the framerate drops are absolutely horrid in here! If that's fixed, the achievements're fixed and there's some sort of leveling system (and/or more equipment & ships), it'd be a 5/5. Now, it's a 3/5.
It skipped the Commander achievement for me as well. I'm also wondering how you can get the Dictatorship achievement (100 cities owned), as there're around 50 cities in the game, not 100.
