18 strength = 1% block until after 270 strength.
@adiw It's always better to kill the imp. The GiR quests, particularly the mobs quest, always take up a lot of energy, and once you leave an area, it's possible that the mob won't be available in your new area, so it's best to take the imp quests, even if it means killing the GiR. Gambler is also much more rare, so it also takes more time for that GiR quest.
Arena isn't too big of a deal, just use skills and load up on dust if you're having trouble with some of the quests.
Also, if you want to do GiR quests again, just kill the imp the same number of times you killed the GiR.
@iamthemasta If you look on the town map, you can see a post where there's a small dumbbell, along with something along the lines of Combat School, Training Center, etc. That's where you can spend your learning points.
