Actually nevermind, i got the badge after i closed the window for some bizarre reason. good game, pretty easy for 45 points and a card, though. 5/5 nonetheless.
Good game, but really not a replayable premise. Which suits it as a flash game. Got crazy difficult trying to get that last badge, and i regret saying it, but i succumbed to the easy way out [walkthrough] for three remaining gems. Really well designed levels, though. And the prisoner thing was great. 5/5
the last 10 levels really challenged me. i loved this game. music was a little repetitive, and as such was muted early. Great take on mario. Loved the level with the final jump to that tall end-of-level mario flag. 5/5 for sure.
I truly could not summon the enthusiasm necessary to complete six levels of this game. This is definetely the worst game ever to be badged. Closely followed by remnants of skystone. 1/5. And it takes a pretty awful game for me to rate 1/5. That is the only impressive factor of this game.
Fantastic game. Really liked the dialogue. And more often than not, i mute the music on games and play my own music to it, but Californication didn't really suit the game, and the games music really worked well with it. Great gameplay. My only suggestion is not to have a 'fully upgraded' end to each upgrade. Because it switches your motive from being 'Collect all bits' to being 'Kill things'. And when its on the latter, all the bits do is cover up enemies. The upgrade system was fantastic aside from that abrupt end to it[which came for me around level 14]. Well priced for each advancement. I really wish more games on kongregate understood the simple brilliance you can achieve by just DOING IT RIGHT. This game isn't immensely complex or anything. But it does everything right. Take note, game developers. 5/5
the coconut hitting thing was a good inclusion. good game. i had fun until it outstayed its welcome, which gladly was close to when i beat the bosses/got the 50k achievement. 4/5. sometimes simplicity can add points, but its unvaried as the idea for this game should be, i guess.
Did it ever occur to you that maybe, this games premise is a little too repetitive? I cant believe people that are so good at making functional games have the most uncreative, unbrilliant minds. I really hope someone who was involved in making it reads this and goes 'oh yeah. Damn, i'm a f**king idiot'
Definetely good. Should have a sequel called 'Help! Its The Finished Shadow Game' i'd 5/5 that for sure. 3/5 for lack of length [unfinished, dur] and lack of challenge. Definetely has promise, though. plleeeaaaase finish it.
2/5. spent way too much on this un-fun game. Didn't explain that your speed and storage crystal things dont have to be touched by the balls of energy to be sped up. stack them like crazy = win. play this game = lose at life.
This game is far, far, far too repetitive. And everything needs more explanation. And for some reason bosses cant die from magic, but can be weakened to 0. And the sound is awful. That sound that plays at the end of a win is nasty. Having said that, it was simple, fast paced, not a bad idea. 3/5. Played it mostly for badges.
Demenus's name should be Dr. Roxo, the rock n' roll clown. Then i'll rate 5 star.
Also, i dunno if its possible, but i think the game got a little worse. Not drastically though. 4/5
Going for the 8 minute badge is made a little easier if you die after getting the first key, after you get the blue key, the rocket powerups, and if you skip the boss altogether. You only get improved fire rate for beating him anyway. After doing that and not screwing up dying too many times i made it in 7 minutes. Definetely accomplishable.
