badgez?...it needs some stinkin' badgez!
I'm impressed with everyone stuck at any level > 13! Very nice look and feel. Only improvement might be to add some spice - like pinball bumpers. Almost 4/5
do believe I am trapped: need to learn how to boost jump (second jump upgrade) but am in an area bounded by lava and a tall brick wall - apparently no where else to go but to some other game. 3/5 - but you were doing so well!
Got buggy at one point where arrows would not respond properly - boxhead dude started running in one direction on his own, could not reverse. Nightmare mode.
I like that the player gets to play a special role in the game, but the game TOTALLY bogs down when the screen is busy, and placing towers is painfully slow due to mouse latency. Don't have this problem on other tower defense games. Needs a couple more revs, I think: 3/5 with potential
in theory, you should be able to put the ball in constant orbit - anyone done that yet? Would be a nice challenge if the planets were in motion. Also, you should post a par for each hole!
I think you made a good effort here. I am looking forward to the next version - there is a lot of good feedback here. I think this could become quite engaging.
I am only on level six and I love this game! The music is pleasant, but just as importantly you can mute it! The graphics are great, and the concept is engaging. 4.5/5 - not much you could improve! Great job!
I agree with many of the other comments - the game is frustrating without satisfaction when a level is completed. Visually interesting, but not enough to hold my interest when I could be playing something else.
game is pretty - eh - ok. weird use of fire and shield keys. Intro can't be skipped (can it?) I would expect a better death - an explosion? Some screams? Nothing? Even Pac Man turned inside out when he died. 3/5, but lots of potential.
very fun and agro. not a lot of time to lay out defenses, though, and the order of the weapons makes it a bit frustrating - don't know if that is by design or by accident-I would probably want the offensive and defensive weapons to be selected by different keys - like numbers vs letters - just because the game is so engaging that shooting a zombie with a barricade gets frustrating! easy 4/5
I enjoy this game, but it starts to get slow 2/3 of the way through. I think some interesting twists would be to 1) to get bonus points if you can get the ball to go thru the hoop more than once (think orbitting) 2) to change from golf to croquet - you must get the ball through a series of hoops.
clever concept - very fast-paced. But no hook. Could use more of a story - IE: once the missile makes it through a level, it does what? blow something up? need to figure that part out. Aside from the speed element, the game has no "sticky"
