It really feels like someone forgot to add the fun into this game. It just wasn't enjoyable at all. There was lots and lots of clicking for very little reward, and the difficulty curve is far too high. It takes too long to gather up money to buy anything, and there's not a sense of satisfaction when I did. I had hoped this would be a fun game, similar(ish) to launch games, unfortunately it was not.
This is a wonderfully fun game. I really enjoyed it. It definitely feels as if it's just a demo for a much larger game though, with a more intricate story.
While I get what you mean, I decided not to include one. The main reason is that the music is an integral part of the game, and even has a part in a puzzle, and the other one is because this game takes an amount of focus.
If it really bothers anyone that much, I figured they could easily mute the browser.
There's no difficulty here, there's no challenge, and as such there's no fun at all. I have liked other games that are similar, it's just this one's not fun.
I actually love the Game Ark intro, it's one of the few where I don't mind there being noise. The game's unfortunately far too easy. There's no strategy to it and no real variation on the levels. I hope these things will be treaked for the sequel.
Woohoo! I'm so glad to see Cursed Treasure 2 here, finally. I absolutely love this game, and it is substantially different from the first game. This is one of my favourite Tower Defence games. I'm so looking forward to completing all of the levels again.
I can't seem to move fast enough to get the higher star ratings which is frustrating. I've played the levels over and over again and 2 stars is as high as I can get. The game itself has yet to interest me, making a ball follow a cursor is dull. I don't see where the mystery is and the puzzle isn't all that interesting. I also don't like the clutter around the playing field, it's distracting. I think a slicker design would have been better.
I think the game would be more enjoyable if replaying the earlier levels provided more money. I'd like also like a cascade bonus. (The first match being x1, if a second falls into place from the same move x2, a third x3 etc.) Also a larger bonus for making 4 and 5 matches. I'd also like a spell mechanic, like in PuzzleQuest. Let us find/buy spells and then be able to charge them up again and reuse them by making matches. That way matches aren't going to waste which is something I found extremely frustrating.
I should, by all rights enjoy this game, since I am a match-3 fan, but the difficulty on this game is just too high for me. It's frustrating and not fun. I think the game mechanics need to be rethought. The timer's frustrating.
It's a fun game. It's really boring standing around and waiting to heal though. I wish there was a way to sit in a tent or something to speed it up when I'm not in combat.
While I know that you use story-mode progression I'd have loved to have been able to replay levels so that I could get higher ratings on them. The perfectionist streak in me likes finding the perfect way to do each level and it adds to the longetivity of the game for me. Added challenges such as only use a single weapon, or only get certain things would also be good.
The Unbelievable sound-effect is really, really annoying. Would it be possible to add other words as well? Since it repeating the same word over and over and over again is driving me a little crazy.
Otherwise it's a fun game, with a fun concept. I like that the other aliens on your team are so useful. I liked the upgrade system. All in all a good game.
I finally got a perfect score on level 13 on Hard. I used one waste spewer nearish the start and fully upgraded it. I placed a flak cannon to the right of it and upgraded it. I then build a second flak cannon next to it, upgraded, then built a third and so on making a nice line of five cannons across the top before moving onto the bottom and building more flak cannons there. There were points when I'd to quickly click the next wave button to get extra cash but the flak cannons were able to deal with the extra load.
Was that it? The ending was such a disappointment. All that work and then to just get a single line as an end. I'd have rather a bit more celebration, a bit more you are a great hero, you save your sister, you defeat the ghost pirate ship HOORAH! Not just here's the menu screen. I felt so disappointed, which was a pity since it's otherwise a great game.
This wasn't as good as the first game. The first game was amusing and different. This one just missed it on the humour front though. The text wasn't as tied to the pretentious theme and without the parody factor it's just a very, very boring platformer.
I loved World of Goo. I'm not sure exactly what it is about sticky blobs that isn't clicking the same way since they're very similar games. I find the blobs annoying, not cute. The search for the stars seems a bit pointless. The levels are starting to feel very repetitive, and I'm only on level11. There's no real puzzle aspect so far, there's no real skill, and it's not cute, and it doesn't feel rewarding. It's just drag the blobs, get the raspberry. I might like it more if it was reskinned and the blobs weren't so annoying. It's puzzling to me that I don't like it because everything says I'm the target audience, I should like this game and it just didn't quite click. If any game was calling out for a sequel to make some improvements it's this. It's so close and yet just missed the mark for me. Make the stars provide upgrades, like changing your colour or just different blobs, different powers, more customising.
This game is painful. I usually love launch games but the start of this one is just so frustrating. I can't seem to get far, there's not much to gather and I'm bored of trying to scrape together enough money to get the next upgrade.
TurboGolf2 will be better. There's the makings of a good game in here. It needs more courses, golfers, unlockables, achievements, hit power options. Less grind for cash.
That was a really fun game. I loved being able to use the duster as a wand to transform things. It was cute and a lot of fun, not too difficult but not extremely easy and I liked the space cat.
