Overall I like the game, but I think the price increase rates are pretty screwed up (apart from the newspapers, which sort of make sense because purchasing those quickly starts to give bonuses for other businesses). It should not cost me 18 septillion to buy another 100 lemonade stands when I'm only making 60 quadrillion per second off the stands I already have...
It's a fun, addictive game overall, but I feel like some of the upgrades are a little unnecessary (do you actually NEED anything more powerful than the uzi?). Also, it seems like it's a bit difficult to boost through the fish once you get beyond 150m. 4/5.
Great game, but there's one thing I don't quite understand. When I'm on the surface, my battery doesn't run out because my drill isn't running, correct? So why do I lose battery when I'm just traveling through tunnels that I've already drilled?
Love it! I think there's a different brand of skill involved than the usual "launch and then see if you can luck out during the flight" games.
One thing I did notice - is it just me, or does it seem like the boss fights (the first one, at least) pop up JUST as you're about to run out of stamina?
As much as I love this game, the lag that sets in after all the towers you have at level 30 or so makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to plant road spikes when the bloons pass out of range.
If you're going to put up ads for the Papa's Freezeria app, at least don't try to pass it off as a loading screen. We've all already played these games plenty of times, we know there's no actual loading times apart from the beginning.
Hmm... after playing this and the first game twice each, I'd have to say I like Company of Myself more. The puzzles were more varied and the story deeper in this one, but blowing the smoke clouds/rings was just a huge pain in the ass on some levels. (Plus, the ending seems to contradict Company of Myself.)
Harmonixer - I haven't gotten to the ending yet, but this game is a prequel to "The Company of Myself", so if you play that, it might answer some of your questions. (Maybe.)
Not yet, but hold on for version 2.0. (This is 1.7.2, for the record.)
