I am going to start experimenting on different things I can add to the game and see if I can't add some more to the game play. Things I will experiment with will be timers and pointers. Please keep giving feedback without it it is very hard to know what I need to add/take away to make the game better!
Girl: what time do you guys close? Me: clueless answer. Apparently the employee does not know when the store closes lol. Rating 3/5 wish you could choose your attack instead of it being random and have each with their own effects.
I am thinking of redoing much of Zerocon after I finish my maze game with some major improvements to help in performance. Also if you have noticed a lack of trees/grass past certain points it is primarily because in the editor part of unity it hides trees and grass that is far away from my current camera location and is hard for me to find the areas that are actually lacking them. I will continue to try an learn more coding so I can turn this into more of a game.
@ zaodai it does show the cost of the towers just move your cursor over them.
@ Rslegion I like how you made it so you have to upgrade to see the health and other stats rating 3/5
Wow link02555 Gratz on finding it!!! And I am excited about seeing where I can take the finished counterpart. I will try my best now to learn more java so I can complete it
@ Targaryen: The real problem with the lighting is the placement of the directional light on the editor it appears to be where the sun on the sky box is (even though it most likely is not)
@ seasnail : The savanna feel is nice unfortunately it is what lags the game up (removing it adds about 15 extra fps)
Thanks for the feedback contractkiller I will add some more variation with trees and try and mow the grass (pun intended). Plus shortening the grass may help reduce the lag. ;)
Please note my first comment, also where the game play is currently lacking this is actually still a game as you can move around using your keyboard. @ goatmanx99 I agree the real challenge will be to have it run in a browser the other challenge will be to program with no former knowledge of JavaScript. I will be lowering the graphics more than likely in the near future to help reduce lag.
I am working on implementing NPC's and will hopefully have working NPC's by end of the week. Hopefully it will add more game play (might even add a short quest). Please note that I have a very limited knowledge of JavaScript and Unity however I am looking for suggestions always. :)
Wow many more features than yesterday something that may improve the game is gravity for both the top and bottom of the screen so for instance if you set the gravity for top at 50 and bottom at 50 all particles go to the center of screen and if you set one higher than the other the particles will fall/rise (plus I am raising my former rating of 3/5 to 4/5)
Would like to see some more choices added maybe like radiation and magnets maybe even choices like compression. Would be cool to see where you could go with this simulation game. Favorite and 3/5 for now will rate up as more choices come ;)
Like the game, don't like the fact that there is no auto save. Even if it auto saved once every time you gained a level would make the game a lot better. Rating 3/5
hmm wonder if I would be a good doctor in real life only missed 3 out of like 100 disease's well anyway game felt repetitive I kept getting people with asthma with fewer of them being something else and I have 14 disease's unlocked rating 3/5
Wish there was a push back ability that you could upgrade I find the enemies that stay on top of me to be very annoying. Anyway I enjoyed the concept of the game would like to see hot keys for the upgrades. Would like to see what else you could add to the game (or maybe in a sequel).
Rating 5/5 Keep up the good work!!
