Should the Journeyman's Stone stay in your inventory after you use it? I have four Rings of Boundless Energy for my all-mage party and with Staffs of Destiny I don't see how I'm going to die for a long time.
This game is actually fun. Having said that, it rewards grinding too much. Why not have each kill deduct points from a maximum? Or have a maximum score/exp? Or base it on time? There's novelty here, but no innovation.
One problem with the enemies coming from the left is not being able to type until they're fully in view, which is very distracting in a speed typing game.
Has anyone played Conquest (linux game)? After a couple of weeks, I've realised this game is really similar to that in strategy. Though this is easier since your armies are visible during movement.
I can't think of any useful advice to make the AI more challenging. As it is, I beat the whole game by this simple maxim: Take the enemy's largest cell once he leaves it with less forces than your whole army combined. Rinse and repeat.
And what's up with asking me if I want to load *after* I skip the intro? So many little thoughtless things that I wonder if the creator spent much time playing his own game. Though I must say I like the artwork.
There's so much potential here. But with 7 kinds of cards in a small playing area, there's no chance for a decent puzzle. And it doesn't seem well thought-out: things like repetitive choosing of cards (duh, he's resistant to ice) and a drum-heavy track with no mute button, not being able to click on a town if you're already on it.. Needs much more work.
