Level 21 is a nightmare. Not an impassible, but still rather frustrating. It seems to completely rely on the fact that one box can move independently if the other box is in the middle of a move, which doesn't seem like the intended behavior.
Day 46: The suckers think I'm in it for the money and the bling. Little do they realize that every block I mine brings the entire town closer to sinking into the ground. Their world will fall down around them soon enough... literally! Mwahahahahaha
You always need at least one more atomic boggler than you think you do. That and screws. Holy moly do you need a lot of screws. You could make a bridge connecting every planet you visit made entirely out of screws.
Even after the... thing that happens towards the end of the game, you can still look out at the building. I guess only the penitent are safe from Rusty Lake.
The levels are fun. There's a bit of weirdness with the way some screens fit together that might cause a death here or there. The biggest issue I faced was that sometimes when dropping down a long distance, Delva would not grab horizontal vines. The only way I could get past the high drop in Different Direction was to shimmy to the right and land on the exit to the area instead of the vine.
Rofl, I tried so much to avoid words with "fi" in them but I still missed a few. You have no idea how much I wanted to use the word "fires" in some descriptions. Also, thank you for playing my game ! :')
The atmosphere and music are nice. The game is a little frustrating though because there's no air control when you wall jump straight up, and it's not always clear when you're about to do that or a proper wall jump.
This is a neat little game. The anti-grav is really cool mechanic. And it's a good thing that the one ending locks you in after you enter, because that's the only thing keeping you there. Every fall is totally climbable with either a well timed anti-grav bounce or some anti-grav wall jumping. This makes the oubliette on the screen "The Few" feel a little silly by comparison: Subject ! willingly jumps into a hole that he'd have no trouble getting out of.
It's pretty and the music is nice, but only level 14 felt like it added any mechanical depth. More could have been done with color regions shifting around each other.
Thank You so much! :D
