Flatland is one of my favourite books, and I've always thought it would be great as a game. So where's the iconic one dimensional perspective? I would have thought would be a no brainer - great for an exploration of Flatland (and subsequently Lineland, Pointland and Spaceland) and bringing through the clear description of dimensions. Still a really well made game nonetheless, with a great soundtrack and stellar narration.
My opinion of that game went from "this is great", to "this is no where near as good as it could have been", to "this is so much better than I ever thought it could have been". Brilliant game, well presented and written, thoughtful characterisation, unpredictable, well timed, exciting, and leaves just the right amount to the player to figure out for themselves and consider both during and after they've finished playing - although I'm sure you've heard all that before. Great music too :)
Great game except for the lack of tutorial - I know I should have read the instructions in full, but I spent ages trying to get the hard badge - once I found out what the crush function was, I got it in my first try -.-
Needs a "lock" option to freeze a tile which you know is correct, so you can't accidently rotate it again later. Other than that, fantastic game - 5/5. I've just achieved the hard badge, and it's the hardest hard badge I've ever obtained
