I should clarify, each match you enter has a 3% of the winner getting the card. So you could potentially play forever and never win a single card.
The drop rate is 3% in ranked matches.

I can't find a way to beat level 9. If there is a dot in text, as you say, then it isn't being revealed by tab. I don't actually believe it is there.

Beta means the the main programming is done and it is ready for testing. Not that you spent all of two minutes on your game and are too lazy to finish.
