Can someone please explain the appeal of these types of games to me? I dont enjoy tediously making hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos, pizzas or any of the other food items. Just because this is weapons, doesn't make it more of a fun formula for a game.
Why not just make us play a game that flips a coin heads or tails when we click?I don't even think this should count as a game. 1 button with zero available strategies to win.
One button controls means almost a 50/50 win right? No actually its worse than that. You wouldn't believe the ridiculous losses I have achieved. I'm gonna start playing as the black guy.
I keep giving this game a chance but every time I play I think its even worse. Not being able to turn around when being hit from behind, enemies hitting you when they arent lined up straight, and HORRIBLE default key bindings, a useless training area.... I could go on. But I'm just going to go play other games.
This game is so close to being fun. It feels smooth, its enjoyable to progress through the levels. But it just doesn't feel right when you start over every time. You earn loot but it means nothing, and you earn money that you can't spend. It comes so close but misses the mark.
Aside from being way too slow, I'm sad that this game lacks a way to tell your towers what to target. Having 8 monsters slip by with half health because the towers don't aim at the one that's almost dead, is kind of a buzzkill.
This seems like only a quick game concept. Please develop this into a full blown game with more depth, length, upgrades, challenges, and more upgrades. Thank you.
A quick tip I found very helpful: You dont always need to wait to the height of your first jump to do your double jump. Double jumping a bit early, or a bit late, allows you to alter your jump for those odd sized platforms.
