It feels broken because of how "idle" is implemented.
Time warp doesn't do everything that time suppose to, it doesn't move event points and it doesn't regenerate clicks.
Idle clicks are not clicks and clicks are a currency. It feels like 10,000 workarounds to implementing time properly
How to break your maximum level limit:
Party:
Sycamore - Execute Enemy
Mareen - Golden Reaper
Ludendi - Reset Cooldown
Last hero is the "shield hero" it can be either
Barry: ~ 35 - 55seconds of shield
Aberration: 45 seconds of shield
Once the enemy starts to kill you activate the shield hero and sycamore and start clicking quickly, even though your damage will be negligible, you have 20% chance to insta-kill the enemy. If your experience heros are up to a similar level to your other heros you will get multiple levels with each kill.
After 20 seconds, activate the golden reaper, then reset cooldown and execute enemy again. the shield will remain activated, while you have 20 more seconds to kill the enemy. Golden reaper may provide a second reset cooldown. Remember the golden reaper's reset cooldown reset's ludendi's reset cooldown and resets the reaper itself. you should be able to increase max level by about 10% of your previous highest level.
Something to be cautious about: since unlocking Disperse is based on your highest level ever obtained, if you gain a ton of new levels on one run then it might be difficult to unlock Disperse on the next.
Also it's consistently disconcerting for me to realise the equipment is below the inventory button but the equipment screen opens above the inventory screen
In a workshop I'm planning to conduct, I'm going to use this game to illustrate why a great engine, lots of content and good presentation can still make a poor game
*Important* Even with the new system upgrades, it is completely impossible to build more than 103 warehouses before you get the new managers. At 103 warehouses, it'll cost more to build a new warehouse than can be stored in the warehouse itself. (It'll also cost more in food to upgrade space per warehouse than the farm can hold at that time)
After reading the comments I'm starting to see the pattern.
1. Because it's easy to get 100% on levels, I soon got a lot of diamonds
2. I always used my diamonds to get legendary equipment. The slot machine is very predictable so you can essentially choose your equipment
3. This brings up the quality of all the drops, making my equipment very powerful
So by the time I reached Death a second time, here I am doing 12949 damage and my ship doing 31030 damage. By the time he floats into the screen he is almost dead. If I sit in front of his attack, with 94891 HP, he doesn't trigger my respawn or make me lost half of my first health bar. It's really boring.
On a completed unrelated bug, the strength of Survival's monsters depends on whether you are in normal or hard mode even at the same stage
Using a pure magic character with 6 speed and 5 strength, beat the creator at level 52 (the exp received raised my level to 60). Also didn't have the last weapon.
Was pretty comfortable, I believe with the 3 stat build, you can kill him earlier
