Counting the Mardek series as a single game (which it really is) this is by far the best game on Kongregate now, RPG or otherwise. The gameplay is deep, there is tons of loot to find, the story is enjoyable, the quality of the graphics and music is great, it's rapidly closing in on 25 to 30 hour territory which is good even by traditional video game standards, and most of all it's a lot of fun. On top of that, you seem to be the only developer who knows what a comma splice is, haha. A professional job all around, and not only do I hope that you win the monthly award here but I truly wish you all the best in what will undoubtedly be a prosperous career in programming and/or game design.
Fun for a few minutes. There's no need to insult your audience at the difficulty selection screen, though. "You fail at life?" C'mon, be more professional. >.>
A good game that I have some minor gripes with. I love the attack animations and the music. The difficulty is uneven though - the battles start off adequately challenging, but after you level up a little they become trivial. Also, the first security panel on the train and then afterward with the teleport pads... these are just tedious exercises of trial and error that do nothing but slow the game down. This isn't Mardek or Dragon Age: Journeys but it's a fun little game that'll pass an hour or two enjoyably.
An excellent game, but not all that challenging even set to hard. I would recommend anyone with experience in strategy RPGs to jump straight into the hard difficulty setting not only for the badge but to also avoid making the game a total cakewalk. Also, save most of your money for potions and such because I kept finding good equipment in the field that made most equipment in the store a waste of money. Overall, it's very polished and well-made but I have a feeling that we'll have to wait for the sequel or expansion of Dragon Age before they make the second chapter of this game as a tie-in.
The title is well-named; this is the easiest puzzle game I've played in a while. It's fun though and has a great sense of humor about it. Would be nice if it had an easy badge for finishing it - this game deserves more attention.
Besides, the cards the computer plays is completely random - they will play cards that are pointless or that backfire on them on a regular basis. The computer doesn't "want to address" anything.
Ya, the song was really cool. Sadly, it had to be removed, but we now have several awesome songs to choose from!
