Okay, I play a lot of video games so I know this isn't my skill capabilities - the game is too hard on normal. On the first 'real' level (not the tutorial) I usually have the most kills AND the most deaths on my team, and usually always lose 15/14 or 15/13.
Love it! Wish it were a little longer. Last boss was surprisingly tough! (I could only beat the last level with Mage/Cleric/Engineer - any other party couldn't handle the necromancers - but that party had a hard time with the final boss due to low single target damage dealing!)
Game glitched after wave 14 for me. None of the enemies dissapeared, but the dialogue came up to pick a skill. The demon appeared, and snowballs and elves started spawning, but they wouldn't move. I could move, but everything else seemed 'frozen'. The turn marker in the bottom right corner still said 14/15 Final Demon.
Not sure what happened, but definately a bug.
Wave 5 says that rescuing children restores health. If health is the number above my head (and I presume it is) rescuing children does not change that total.
I havn't purchased any of the 'score increases health' upgrades, if that's required for children to give health then the wave 5 bonus should just say it increases score, not score and health.
I love the game, the controls are really intuitive (being able to cast & control magic with the hotkey while you are in midair is fantastic!)
Had some weird lag issues on 2-1 or 2-2 after falling into a pit twice, might have a memory leak somewhere with your respawn code. Or it could be my computer, hard to say.
Game screen does not scale if zoomed in/out. Not everyone uses the same computer resoloution and some people have to zoom in their browser to play small flash games. Not supporting this feature is an immediate -1 and might cause some people to leave you game right away.

The level editor is harder to do, so probably not for this game. I've got another game I'll definitely have a level editor in though.
I think there's a bug on the Ice Fortress trial map. It seems to be creating Tanks that get stuck off the map, but keeps creating them, creating a memory leak which slows the game down. The only reason I noticed it is because my Werewolf jumps over there and a bunch of cannonballs fire at him, even though the tanks don't move forwards.
Vampiric Embrace does work with Shadow Word: Pain, but it rounds down, so you have to do quite a bit of damage before it takes. 6 or 7 levels of SWP with 3 levels of VE and you start seeing 1 hp/sec, depending on your int.
I'm surprised how many of these I got, and the hints are perfect. I recognized one right away as 'something island' (I was thinking treasure island but was wrong), when the hint came up 'it's quite the adventure!' I was like "OH yeah!! Duh!"
@humburglar - once you stop scoring huge points, hit the 'manual timeout' button to end the current combo, that way you don't have to sit through all the 1 point bounces until they stop.
