I'm going to beat this damn game, if it kills me. Here's where I've got so far: just quit at level 1 unless you get a bunch of power ups. The easiest way to do this is to build a ring with either 4 of each color in it, or 4 of each symbol. This will give you, amoungst other stuff, a joker. You can use this joker on a later level to cheat your way to another '4 of each' ring, giving you a net gain of a bunch of extra tile powers. The blue bomb power is also fantastic; you get one of those for a Doubles Triples Harmony. If I had the faintest idea what a Doubles Triples Harmony was, then I'd probably go for those, as well.
@Skipppppppyy: Logic PUZZLES should have solutions. You can have logic games which are luck based, so long as you have a compensating factor. The compensating factor in this game SHOULD be the powers that you can use skillfully to complete levels in which you are unlucky... but there just doesn't seem to be a skillful way to EARN these powers. Shame.
It's OK. But truth be told I wouldn't go near it if I didn't have this unexplainable urge to be racing my mate Jeff at going up levels here at Kongregate...
Hmm. The only way around that problem would seem to be to create a whole bunch of power ups. And it doesn't seem to me like it's possible to engineer that situation...
Bugs aside, I'm starting to warm to this game. I have, however, just come across a level which DEMANDS a blue/yellow piece, and after using all my redeals, and extra card bonuses for the entire level, I didn't get one. I hope there's some way around this rather frustrating turn of events...
This game doesn't quite make enough sense for me to tell whether it's just crashed or not. I mean, if I try and bomb a slice, surely I should be able to click on SOMETHING for it to have an effect?
Cool artwork... very interesting that it's animated in a game like Spot The Difference. It's a shame that Spot The Difference itself isn't a very interesting concept. It'd be good to see the gameplay enhanced without losing whatever it is that makes this cool... if that's possible.
Shows promise, but I have niggles. Once, the ball got stuck travelling back in time.. altho I eventually shifted it by playing with the space bar. It also takes too long to restart a level if you fail. And the music is ok, but can I not turn it off?
