Passives don't seem to unlock after I've reached tier 12 in prestige 2 the button still does nothing. Passives has a green check mark since tier 10 as expected, but even after tier 1 prestige, button is not working. Sorry if I'm just missing something, but it is not obvious to me. Thanks!
Yellow and orange keys are very hard to distinguish, as some people have already pointed out. Having to restart the level because I think a yellow key is orange is rather annoying.
Even with five level 99 pouches, the highest gold cap you could achieve is well below 1000 gold. Why even put the textbooks in the shop if the prices are over that cap?
So if you have a ranged survivor on the top floor, and enemies at the bottom door, the survivor on the top floor will just stand there shooting at the floor. Also, ranged survivors won't shoot at ranged enemies, even though there is no effective range limit on their attacks.
Also it would be very helpful if we could designate where we want the survivors to be.
Level 16 is so incredibly hard on a laptop due to the flaw of every mouse and keyboard based game: There is a delay of ~1 second after releasing a key before you can click, and it makes other levels hard but 16 is so frustrating to just stand there hoping the game will pick up one of my dozens of mouse clicks before the enemy dies.
Please, please, please add a keyboard button to shoot or add an auto-fire option. Otherwise this becomes unplayable on a laptop.
Thank you!
Good point! Thanks for the comment. I don't know why I didn't think to add a keyboard control for shooting. I'll do that when I get the chance (probably tomorrow).
Also once I start a new raid leveling up my buildings no longer increases their output. It just makes the cost of upgrading skyrocket with absolutely no benefit.
Building upgrades reset when a new raid is started, but the cost to improve them does not decrease. New raid states that all the buildings will remain with you. Would be good if this was clearer so players don't dump gold into buildings and then restart. Quite painful to have to build up again to upgrade buildings. You're probably better off not upgrading any buildings for the first several raids because of this issue.
Great game! Would love to see more levels, and maybe an endless or survival or endless mode as others have suggested. As it is, once you get a good setup of batteries and renewable energy with one or two backup generators, it's just a matter of waiting until the objective (houses, money) completes. Maybe have random events that can disrupt things or damage structures to keep things interesting after everything has been set up to run smoothly. There's effectively two levels plus a tutorial which is disappointingly short. Just adding an endless mode would go a long ways in making the game longer.

I got stuck fairly early on by a bug where Corvus has stopped changing his facing direction. Since trees can't be burned unless you face them to interact with them, I can't get any farther.
Best to load autosave in such a case. I believe facing direction getting stuck may occur when you pull a boulder, it should return to normal if you try pulling a boulder again.
There is some really annoying bug where if I leave it on auto-retry for long enough, if I'm not watching I'll eventually lose even though the enemies never even make it to the barricade while I'm active for over an hour.
It would be nice if instead of automatically gaining a class when finding a book (since you are limited to six), if you had to actually choose to use it. Wasted 80 gold at a shop when I didn't realize I'd already inadvertently acquired six classes. Otherwise, a really enjoyable game!
The targeting system is too random. I end up with the spiders returning with the notes with every spider on the screen at half health. This gets very frustrating since if the targeting system locked onto the farthest spider or even a random spider it would be much easier.
Good point! Thanks for the comment. I don't know why I didn't think to add a keyboard control for shooting. I'll do that when I get the chance (probably tomorrow).
