Finally beat all the levels. It's been interesting, and I'm glad to see a game where the same tactics don't work on every single level. It's a bit frustrating, in that I usually do fine up until the last 5 waves or so of a given level, and only then find out what I was missing... but all in all, a lot of fun, and it actually requires some strategy, rather than just laying down towers and upgrading constantly. 5/5
I really couldn't get into this one - trying to hop back and forth between all three parts while they were ongoing was just painful. Ignoring any section for a brief while seemed to be inviting failure.
So, basically, your goal is to earn a lot more ad impressions than your "game" is worth by asking players who recognize the poor quality to keep checking back all the time, even though they dislike it?
Make a real game, and upload it. Don't pull this crap.
Path creation is an interesting twist. Beyond that, though, nearly everything else needs work - a "wave progress" indicator would be nice... some idea what the different waves entail... I ended up just loading up tons of rocket launchers to max, and hardly saw an enemy.
It's a little sad that after all the fans have waited for badges, the damn kongai card offer draws in a lot of people that don't appreciate the game. Take the latest comments with a grain of salt, fortunacus.
Among other things, it would be handy to know when your tower placement is legal, instead of just click-and-hope. I've always preferred grid-based TDs, for that matter. I hate discovering that, oops, that perfect position isn't legal anymore because I was two pixels off placing a cannon earlier.
The racism debate is hilarious, but frankly, I'm peeved at being unable to find a "pause" feature. Note to all designerS: Pause is a right, not a privilege.
PLAY THE ORIGINAL GAME BEFORE YOU MAKE A COMMENT. Jeez. It's a game about programmed puzzle-solving. You don't pick it up by fumbling around. It's a shame that people are dragging down the ratings on this awesome game because they can't read instructions.
Excellent game. I may be biased, since I'm a programmer at heart, but I think this is really a unique, challenging little number. It's a shame your rating will get bogged down by folks who can't figure out that it's programmed, rather than interactive.
My favorite part is in zone four, where you have to spend hours grinding on the same enemies over and over to equip and level up your new characters. And it's awesome how they never change, and scale to your level, so it's the exact same experience over and over and over and over.
Don't get me wrong, the general progression up to that point is great. The final zone is just... a major letdown.
