Broken game. Every single caught fish says "quest fish" even though nothing happens and no quest is fulfilled. Impossible to search for the specific fish needed in timed events and such. Unplayable as long as this bug is present. I stopped playing for 4 days hoping it would get unstuck. It didnt.
@bmeyerholt1 I hope youre making a bad joke?! This was released in 2007. Its 2019 now. If you actually have troubles with particles its not the game, its your stoneage hardware.
Was fun until i had to search for the error. So annoying to test each panel by panel to find the error(s). Could do with a colorblind mode/colorswitch as well I assume. Other than that its pretty decent.
I wonder where the hidden gravestone is in world 2? Been over it a few times. Jumped to my death and found another path around the autoscroller to no avail. Found my way into the hidden area in world 2. It wasnt there. Still searching. Other than that, responsive and good controls. Really good stuff! Fun game if a bit on the easy side. At least there are instadeaths to add to the danger!
Hate games with bugs. 150 energy production, 90 loss. Net gain 60. It still ticked down to 0 and thus game over when im not allowed to build anything. Keep killing waves with stockpiled metal and oil... Its so EXPLETIVE dumb.
This threads on the very edge of "fun" and "not fun" with the starting over from scratch on level 2 with no gain from having done level 1. Had it occurred once more on a third level i would have quit probably since the grind sucks.
Broken on latest Firefox. Starting below the floor in the air and falls to the black border at the bottom. Running back and forth across the bottom of the screen and gets stuck in the corners. Jumping un-stucks you momentarily.
Discord help was wrong. Getting the 200k one after makes it the highest possible guild you can get. Further purchases are broken and doesnt work. Guild progression is halted.
To make it clear. Bought the golden Snazzy Guild Website. Game still shows the same basic forum post _starting_ screen asking for casual members. It keeps getting me rank 2-4 people. It simply doesnt work.
Bought an upgrade for 400k. It didnt work. Got told on discord it required all the lesser upgrades first... THIS IS TERRIBLE DESIGN. Dont make it buyable if it got prerequisites!
Chill sound and nice game. Solid controls and nothing messy or unnecessary. Why the zombie thing? Found it often easier to make the humans kill each other or walk into spikes than eating them, indecisive direction for the game? Overall I liked it, a solid 3.
Sharp and precise controls, with nothing finicky dumb done which is VERY important for a game like this - very good. Atmospheric 8bit piano music with options to turn off. Good. Replay for better times is underwhelming because of the constant interruptions of the ghost - could be better. Overall a solid 4.
The standing up on crate and then tap again to jump is extremely annoying. Should be one click, the controls dont feel sharp and exact for whatever reason. Other than that nothing much to complain about, the game looks like and sounds like eddynardos games, its like them even down to the menu. Doing it once is... ok, but it leaves a mildly souring impression. Makes me lean towards 3 instead of 4. Its honestly right smack in the middle.
The constant menuing slowly kills the game. Theres a reason why all games in point and click got an itembar readily available somewhere in the direct UI without having to navigate through stuff to get at a single item. Or at least a quickswap...
Cant get past the focus jump and dashing. Its always gets messed up. Too easily a human error occurs. Might be better with a handheld controller over a keyboard maybe. Everything else is stellar in the game. If it didnt have the floaty air movement which adds a tiny bit of leeway this game would have been a terror and much unfun to play. Overall though I have to rate it a four.
Good game with one critical issue. That long forced intro killed almost all goodwill to do a 2nd life, almost. By the third i was done. Was gonna rate it crap until i read the comments that speedup was hidden behind a specific ending (got all of it spoiled too due to it). Locking the intro speedup behind a specific ending is evil and bad gamedesign and serves no purpose. All lives should start with you capable to move either left (end) or right and trigger the ghost speech. At least there is one. Sitting through the black screen and the snailpaced flames and smoke and stuff is simply too much.
More or less the same as game I. Still good controls which is a requirement for a platformer, collision detection is however still suspect and an Issue, jumping on a moving platform makes it drop elevation and off the rail yet keeps on moving - bug. Too gratuitous with checkpoints imo and again with the TnA content which is a big minus to me. Overall better than the first since it had a slight difficulty increase. Music is still awesome if not better for those who wants it. Solid 3. Remove the TnA and id gladly give it a 4 but thats me.
The game is buggy on new browsers. Pieces never went stayed like this before. This is one of my old favorite games. Sad to see it break down like this to an unplayable mess.
