What do you do with the elevator? What? What? Some elementary explanation would help. Dying a few times on level 3 isn't the way to figure it out. Otherwise it's a nice game.
Not a bad one, though there seem to be a few smaller issues. Some of the (earlier) levels dead straight give away the solution. Later levels require a bit more grinding than experimenting. The only biggie is the sticky jumping. The jump response lags and while sometimes it feels spot on, sometimes the unresponsive jumping just kills you. This needs fixing. Good work on the pause level... it was nice.
Whenever the easiest way of completing the game is a workaround... the game is lacking. Obstacles are inavoidable. Cash can't be collected at higher speeds. Problems defeats purpose. I'd give it 2,5/5 if there was such a setting.
Tons of bugs. The already reported issues with rockets and guns firing at gone targets, higher level drones harvest less than first level claws, bonus items either show up in inventory or they don't, unbalanced resource availability and terrible grind make it a boring game. Tweaked it coud be excellent... now it's at best 3/5 and no wonder the winning walkthrough tactic is a workaround.
Defending your settlements seems to increase in difficulty over your capabilities. If you delay the king quest long enough for some reason (trying to max all the upgrades or achieve best relations with all factions), the defense will be too difficult. I found myself with fully leveled and advanced team (easily beating the king down) completely pwned defending a small village.
Physics are great and the overall feel is great too but the shot power adjustment is poor. Too much power at low levels leave cue ball hopelessly bouncing around. The cue is most part off the table and screen so aiming is choppy too.
I highly suggest pumping diamonds into power+speed for the prime gun if you're having trouble with bosses. Also, practicing avoiding all the boss attacks can help a ton!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! So the screen just leaves him behind as he's trying to keep up with the autoscroll... ironically blocked by the girls who , of course, totally ignore him! No matter how much you try, no matter how far you travel, you've had it. Thanks! ;)
