There's potential, but right now, it's as enjoyable as it could be. The hot keys should ease gameplay, not make it more troublesome. The Health and Mana potion hotkeys don't do the skills any justice, especially since the cursor NEEDS to be over a target or direction in order for an active to work. Keep the potion hotkeys close to the skill keys. I never want to stretch my entire hand on my keyboard to spam a fireball while keeping my mana up. Autoattacking in a direction is a must for ANY dungeon crawler. The advertisement in the top right should be placed in a shop menu or in a menu where movement isn't vital. Numbers over the spheres to indicate an exact count of health and mana would be helpful, but aren't necessary, however the little things improve the game.
In my opinion, the Synthesis scene is too long, and becomes a nuisance after a while. Other than that, the controls for placing towers is an interesting concept. Fruits can be used as defensive towers, place-holders for leaves, and upgrade materials, where as the branches can be moved to provide more control over the defensive structure of the game. 4/5
