The only things that need to be changed are the invulnerability timer (needs to be lowered, even though you CAN cancel it), the overcharge bullets need to be semi-transparent (you can't see incoming shots when you get it to the higher levels), and the damage indicator needs to be somewhere other than RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN. Other than that, it's a solid design. It's a fresh variation on a bullet hell game, and it doesn't feel repetitive grinding for levels. 4/5

@kam1, the red bar under the HP and MP gauge is the overdrive gauge. In EBF2, it had a function, but it is useless in this game. My guess is that a bit of the code must have been copied from the previous game into this one.
